Richard Denham and his wife Angie have four children-Tasa, Samantha, Todd and Travis plus ten grandchildren and a dog named Abby, a Yorkiejack who believes she is the head of their household. A native of St. Louis, Phil relocated to Vincennes after graduating from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business in 1995. A father of four children, Phil most enjoys spending time with his kids and participating in their activities. An avid supporter of the local youth basketball program, Phil serves as secretary of the board of directors for the Vincennes Basketball Association, as well as an active IBA, Future Stars, and Franklin Elementary School basketball coach. Phil also enjoys spending many summer nights as the Vincennes Cub league as a rookie league baseball coach. Vic was born and raised on a Knox County grain and hog farm. He joined the US Navy after high school in 1963; he then married Priscilla Lange in 1967. He worked as an auto and heavy truck mechanic until 1972 when he was hired on at Prestolite Battery Factory. The same year he took the real estate course at VU to learn how to “Sell the Farm”. He sold real estate part time for DD Meyer Co. and Garry Hall and Associates. Vic earned his Auctioneers license along the way until 1980 when Prestolite closed its doors for good. With a wife and three small boys the real estate business became very important, but interest rates were between 14 and 18% so he became very good at getting deals financed. After 9 years of full time real estate work Vic and Priscilla opened Klein Realty/Auction Inc. at 404 N. 7th St. in 1989. In 2005 the youngest son Heath was ready to take over and bought the company. Vic is very thankful for the support that the people of Knox County have given him and Klein Realty/Auction over the years. Klein’s is now in its second generation and Vic is still enjoying the real estate business as an agent in place of the roll of broker. David W. Sanders was born and raised in Vincennes; he graduated from Lincoln High School in 1985 and has spent the last 24 years in the U.S. Air Force. The first 6 years in the Air Force, David served as an In-flight Maintenance Technician on B-52G aircraft logging over 3500 flight hours. After Operation Desert Shield/Storm he was selected into the Air Force Recruiting Service. Since 1998 he has been the Recruiting Supervisor and Health Professions Recruiter for the state of Indiana. Earning the honors of National Production Recruiter of the Year in 1999 and 2000; in 2003 and again in 2005 he was award the National “Medicine Man” Award for Health Professions Recruiting. David is an AF certified trainer/coach for the IMPACT Sales System and Professional Selling Skills (PSS) program. David, his wife Cathy, and their three daughters; Jessika, Jensen and Jourdyn reside in Vincennes and spend most of their time at various Lincoln HS and VU sports, drama and music programs. Their most enjoyable activities as a family are spent traveling when they aren’t camping and boating at Sullivan Lake. David has been involved in Real Estate investing for several years. In 2005, David graduated from Oakland City University with a Master in Management, and was the owner of Sanders Vending from 1993 until 1997.
