Gorgeous home you just have to see. All custom and completely remodeled inside and out in 2021. The owner utilized all the older doors and kept the farmhouse feel and look in his design leaving the transom windows over the doors. This home has something special for every member of the family. When you pull up to this home take a minute and look at the custom work that was done. There was not an inch of this home that wasn't touched and customized. Starting with the front porch it is 10x26 composite and custom built railings. As you enter the home you will see beautiful trey ceilings throughout the main level with open concept kitchen and dining area. Beautiful trey ceiling with accent tile. My favorite is the huge 8 x 12 sliding glass doors looking out onto the huge 16x38 composite back deck and yard from the kitchen. The Kitchen island is 4x7 white Quartz countertop and built in farm sink and dishwasher. There is plenty of storage under the island. All the cabinets have soft close doors. Built in wine cooler and all newer appliances stay. The Laundry and half bath is off the kitchen. All waterproof LVP flooring throughout the main level. Primary bedroom on the main level with full bath. The primary bath has double sinks, tub/shower and step in primary closet. The primary bath also has a door stepping out onto the huge deck and your 5/6 person hot tub. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms and each bedroom has a loft and custom built ins. One is being used as an office currently. There is also a full bath upstairs with tub and shower. There is a laundry chute from the upstairs to the laundry room. This home backyard is a double city lot that comes with a fully fenced 6 ft. Vinyl fence and two gates one double 8 ft and one single 4 ft gate. There is a 12x13 cement slab used for grilling out just off the deck. You will also love the new 27' round above ground pool and 14x21composite deck and custom railings. If your also needing a garage well this one is huge at 35x40 with 3 doors and will fit 8 mid size cars. This comes with its own 200 amp service separate from the homes 200 amp service. The workbenches and cabinets stay. The home also features a partial basement that has a gas furnace and water softener. This home was built with family in mind and if watching the sunrise on your back deck to sunsets on your front porch is what your looking for this home has it all. Don't miss this opportunity for small town living at it's best.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Difference between Sale Price & Assessment?
Here is one of the most commonly asked questions at Assessment Notice time: We recently purchased a property, why is it assessed at a different price then the purchase price? This could be due to a couple of reason: First, the motivation of the buyers and sellers can affect sale price. Therefore, when very similar properties are sold during the same time frame, a range of sale prices can result. The market value assessment reflects sales in the middle of this range of prices. As a result, the assessment could be higher or lower than a specific selling price. Second, market values may have changed between valuation day and the date you made your purchase. For example, in some areas, market values have increased since January 1. If this has happened in your area and you  have only recently purchased your property, it is possible that your assessment, while representative of your type of home 3 or 4 months ago, will be lower than your purchase price. The purpose of the assessment roll is not to reflect a single sale price, but to assess all properties at market value on the same valuation date, so that taxation is fairly and uniformly shared.
